RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

VEHICLE RETURNS

Return Window

All vehicle purchases are eligible for return within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of delivery, provided the vehicle has not sustained any damage during this period. Vehicles that incur damage beyond the initial 14-day window are not eligible for return under any circumstances.

Return Process for Online Orders

  • Customer must initiate return request within the 14-day window
  • Return shipping costs will be covered by the company
  • A restocking fee of $100.00 will be deducted from the refund amount
  • Refund processing time is 3-5 business days from receipt of returned vehicle
  • All manufacturer warranties remain in effect and transfer according to manufacturer terms

Refund Method

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase, minus applicable restocking fees.

VEHICLE REPAIR SERVICES

Service Estimates and Payment Terms

For repair estimates exceeding $100.00, a deposit equal to fifty percent (50%) of the total estimated cost is required before work commences. This deposit shall not exceed the total cost of parts required for the repair. Labor charges are due in full upon completion of all repair work.

Service Warranty and Satisfaction Guarantee

We provide a 30-day 100% satisfaction guarantee on all completed repair work. This guarantee ensures that:

  • All repairs will be completed with the same level of quality and professionalism as manufacturer standards
  • Any customer dissatisfaction with completed work will be addressed at no additional charge
  • Any defects or issues arising from our completed work within the 30-day period will be repaired free of charge
  • This guarantee covers both parts and labor for warranty-related issues

Warranty Exclusions

The satisfaction guarantee does not cover damage resulting from normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents, or modifications made after repair completion.
